Canon now has its own LPR port for 9x/ME.  Download it at canon.ca

Here is an old list of other downloadable shareware LPR emulators for Windows 9x.
Shareware is not freeware!! Please review the licensing agreement.
We have done very limited testing just to ensure that they actually work.
Their stability and compatibility with all printers and applications has not been done.
